Edible Artist Oil Paints (EAOP) are a new and unique edible colouring medium, created by international celebrity culinary artist Chef Karen Marie Portaleo.

It’s all about colours – Black is only one the eight basic colours of Edible Artist Oil Paints available.

They can be mixed and blended to create a wide variety of shades, from warm tones to cool, from pale to intense, from sheer to opaque.

Their flexibility can be increased by using with the Slow Diluter to extend work time and enable the blending of colours as you work.

They can be used with the Fast Dilutor to create washes of colour that dry almost instantly.

Painted areas dry to soft matte finish and can be coated with Edible Glaze for shine.
