Terms & Conditions
- To register for the SUGARIN UK LOYALTY scheme you will need to register online. An account will be created in your name to record points. You must be 16 years of age or over to join the SUGARIN UK LOYALTY scheme.
- Points are personal to you or your business and cannot be transferred. Your points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.
- If you have registered two accounts using two separate email addresses, then you must remember to use the same account each time you log in to maximise your points collection. We cannot transfer points between accounts.
- Sugarin UK Ltd reserve the right to terminate the SUGARIN UK LOYALTY Scheme; and to alter or amend the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme by publishing notices on our website www.sugarinuk.com and/or withdraw or cancel the points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) and/or SUGARIN UK LOYALTY Account or reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website www.sugarinuk.com
- Sugarin UK Ltd reserves the right to offer bonus points on certain products as selected by us from time to time and in our sole discretion.
- Points will usually be added to your SUGARIN UK LOYALTY Account when your order is despatched, except in the circumstances of system failure when it is expected that points will be loaded within 24 hours.
- The current redemption value of points, as at 2nd January 2023, is one point equals £ 0.05. Points can only be redeemed against future purchases.
- Sugarin UK Ltd reserve the right to vary the redemption value at any time.
- Sugarin UK Ltd are entitled to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned for any reason and a refund or partial refund of the purchase price is given.
- Points are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Points can only be rewarded following the commencement of the SUGARIN UK Loyalty Scheme on 2nd January 2023. Orders placed before this date do not qualify.
- Points are only awarded for orders placed directly on www.sugarinuk.com
- Sugarin UK Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time.
